Authors who publish in Puitika retain full copyright and publishing rights to their work. By submitting a manuscript, authors grant Puitika a non-exclusive right to publish and distribute the material, while maintaining full control over how the research may be used, cited, reproduced, or shared in the future.
Licensing Terms
All articles published in Puitika are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). Under this license, published content may be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched, or linked without restriction. Users may also adapt, remix, transform, or build upon the material, including for commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution is given to the original author(s) and to Puitika as the source of first publication, and that any derivative works are released under the same license terms.
Author Rights
Authors retain the right to disseminate their published work through institutional repositories, personal academic websites, or other open-access platforms. They may also use the published material for academic and educational purposes, including teaching and conference presentations, and may develop derivative works or translations based on the published article without seeking further permission from the journal.
Third-Party Content
In cases where an article includes copyrighted material belonging to a third party, such as figures, images, or extended quotations, authors are responsible for securing the necessary permissions prior to submission and for providing accurate attribution to the original source.
