Puitika is an open-access journal managed by the Program Studi Sastra Indonesia, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Andalas. The journal provides an academic platform for innovative and critical research that challenges, enriches, and expands scholarly knowledge in the humanities.

Puitika welcomes high-quality manuscript submissions in linguistics, literary studies, cultural studies, and interdisciplinary research related to these areas. The journal prioritizes scholarly rigor, originality, and academic relevance in every published work.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a blind peer-review process to ensure objective and rigorous evaluation. The journal is published biannually in April and September. Manuscripts may be written in either English or Indonesian and must follow the journal template provided by the editorial board.

As part of its commitment to open knowledge dissemination, Puitika publishes all content under the Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), allowing permanent and unrestricted access for researchers, educators, and the global academic community.

Please note that Puitika does not provide any form of fast-track review service. In addition, the journal applies a zero-APC policy, meaning that no article processing charges or other publication fees are required for accepted manuscripts.
