Puitika is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing scholarly dialogue across the intersecting fields of linguistics, literature, and cultural studies. Published biannually in April and September by the Department of Indonesian Literature, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Andalas, Puitika serves as a dynamic platform for innovative research and critical discourse that challenge, refine, and expand the boundaries of knowledge within the humanities.
The journal welcomes high-quality submissions grounded in empirical research, theoretical development, or critical analysis. Whether examining foundational linguistic principles, interpreting literary texts, interrogating cultural narratives, or analyzing complex social phenomena, Puitika prioritizes intellectual rigor, originality, and scholarly relevance.
Puitika does not provide any fast-track review scheme or similar expedited editorial services. All submitted manuscripts must undergo the standard editorial and peer-review procedures as outlined in the journal's publication policy.
